This depends on what kind of full coverage foundation you are using. The key is finding the right face brush. For a full coverage powder foundation, take a dense foundation brush and apply the powder foundation all over the face in a dabbing motion, making sure to pack in the product as best you can. Take a fluffy finishing brush and dust of any excess foundation to smooth out the skin.
